Based on the actual strength and conditioning program of professional fighters (including the official Evolve Fight Team), the Evolve FightShape Program will get you as fit as a professional athlete in a safe, fun, and supportive way. The primary focus is getting you into fantastic shape using movements and conditioning exercises from different types of martial arts.
