Boxing
Boxing is one of the oldest combat sports.
Boxing is a combat sport where the main tools are punches. The essence of boxing is the use of hips to generate power, the use of footwork to elude and to attack, and the use of head movement to avoid punches.
Background
The Evolve Boxing Program is headed by WBA Boxing World Champion, Yodsanan 3K Battery Sor Nanthachai Sityodtong. With a 58-3-1 record with 47 KOs, he is one of Thailand's most famous boxers in history.

The Evolve Boxing Program is designed for the person whose primary focus is a combination of fitness, fun, and self-defense.
