9 Fun Exercises For Healthy Weight Loss

When starting a new training program or workout regime, weight loss is one of the most common objectives. The problem, however, is that most people have no idea how to lose weight using safe and healthy methods. They want fast, immediate results with minimal effort. They make their workouts torturous and forget to have fun. This is not the way to healthy weight loss. You must find healthy exercises that you enjoy doing and make it a lifestyle. If it is not fun, then you will never stick with it.

1) SKIPPING ROPE

I believe martial arts training is the best exercise to lose weight. Muay Thai is a full body workout, and it is great for weight loss. If you want to supplement your Muay Thai training try adding in some running and skipping rope. After your training sessions, try skipping rope for 30 minutes. It will improve your Muay Thai and you will lose weight.”

2) ONE HOUR OF SPARRING

I like swimming. It is a great complement to my martial arts training. It’s low impact, and it doesn’t beat up my body. I like to mix up my swimming workouts. Some days I do high intensity sprints, and other days I do more long distance endurance swims.”

4) CYCLING

5) FOOTBALL

Football with the rest of the Kru’s from Evolve MMA. We usually get together to play a few times a week. We are all super competitive, and the games can get quite intense. It is a great workout, and a fun way to add some variety into our regular Muay Thai training.”
