Now, if you’re reading this with a smile on your face, you probably have someone in mind already.

But before you get lost in your daydreams and/or decide to ditch the gym for an evening at the museum or cinema, hear us out! We know just the thing that can also get your heart racing and give you those butterflies in your stomach – martial arts. Whether it’s choosing your outfit or making sure your hair is on point, we’re pretty sure that you’d take awhile before deciding that you look good enough for your date – and finally leaving the house. Well, when it comes to training, how you look and/or what you’re wearing doesn’t matter. In fact, all you have to do is put on your most comfortable workout gear! After all, the most important thing about training is to understand what you’re learning and of course, make progress as a martial artist.

When you’re out on a date, chances are, you wouldn’t really factor in how healthy your meal is – especially if your date suggests having burgers for dinner or to share popcorn during your movie.
