Evolve Student of the Month – Jul 2014: Vicky Iley

For the month of July 2014, we are excited to announce Vicky Iley as the Evolve Student of the Month. Vicky is one of the most active students in Evolve’s WarriorFit and BJJ programs. The incredible results that Vicky has received from her training are a true testament to her consistency, dedication, and hard work ethic. She always shows up to training on time, and she always works hard. Vicky is a shining example to the entire Evolve Family that hard work and dedication pays off.

Prior to joining Evolve MMA, Vicky had grown extremely frustrated and discouraged with her training regime. She was working out consistently, but she wasn’t seeing any results. After witnessing a few WarriorFit classes through the windows of Evolve on her way to work, Vicky decided to pop in for a trial class. She chose WarriorFit for her trial, and the rest is history.

Now 2 years into her Evolve journey, Vicky is a completely transformed person. She is finally in the shape she had always dreamed she could be. She looks better, feels better, and has a much more positive outlook on life in general. In order to compliment her intense training, Vicky also enlisted the help of Evolve’s in house nutrition experts. Through the Evolve Warrior Nutrition Plan, Vicky has cleaned up her diet and made healthy, clean eating a lifestyle.

At 34 years old, Vicky is more active now then she was in her twenties. She ran her first full marathon recently, and she has taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Evolve’s World Champion instructors. Vicky has found a new family at Evolve MMA, and she has embraced all that the Evolve Family has to offer. Although Vicky has far exceeded the goals she originally set at Evolve MMA, like a true warrior she has set even loftier, more challenging goals for her future. We can’t wait to see her chase them down!

The Evolve Family would like to once again congratulate Vicky Iley on her Student of the Month honors. We are honored to have her as part of the family.

Here is what Vicky’s instructors had to say about her:

Vicky is one of my hardest working students. She always comes to class with a high level of energy and an open mind. I am excited to continue teaching her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Professor Bruno Pucci

Vicky is a great example of what hard work and dedication can do. She always comes to training ready to work hard. The results speak for themselves. She continues to improve in every training session.
