1) Why should I join Evolve MMA?
At Evolve MMA, you’ll train under the largest and most experienced team of World Champions in the world. What’s more, we offer over 500 classes per week, so you can drop by at your convenience anytime between 6:30am to 11:00pm on weekdays, or 7:30am to 9:00pm on weekends.
If you’re worried about your fitness level, we’re here to let you know that it doesn’t matter – because your willingness to learn is way more important. After all, everyone has to start somewhere!

2) How do I decide which martial art to train?
With different options such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and more, it’s no surprise that some people might find themselves spoilt for choice. If you happen to be one of them, we suggest trying everything out so you can get a feel of what each martial art has to offer, and then decide on the one(s) you want to focus on!

3) What can I expect at my first session?
At your first class, you might feel a little out of place because you don’t know anyone yet. We’ve all been there before, so we totally understand! What we suggest is to keep calm, and smile at everyone you make eye contact with. It could very well spark some conversations and who knows, you might end up meeting your future training partner/BFF on your first day.
Evolve MMA has a family culture and we’re all about progressing together rather than alone. So don’t hesitate to speak up or ask any questions when you’re in your first class!
4) Is there any specific attire I should wear?
You’ll get the most of your workout if you’re dressed comfortably, so make sure you come in a comfy t-shirt and shorts, or pick up some cool gear online, and work out in style!
If you’re unsure about how to wrap your hands or tie your belt, don’t be afraid to ask your instructor or a fellow student – they’d be more than happy to help!
5) I just signed up for a membership, now what?
