Gamal Hassan is the Head BJJ Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a Brazil Nationals Champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with over 20 years of experience. He is the winner of numerous regional and national competitions in Brazil. Gamal’s favorite techniques are the armbar and the choke. Gamal was a lawyer before he left the profession to pursue his dreams of being a BJJ Professor.

Penaek Sitnumnoi is a multiple-time Muay Thai World Champion. He is a 3x Lumpinee World Champion, 1x Omnoi Stadium Champion, 1x Thailand National Champion, 1x WPMF World Champion, Channel 3 Champion, Channel 7 Champion, etc. Penaek has fought and beaten some of the biggest superstars in Muay Thai today such as Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, Sagetdao Petpayathai, Pakorn Sakyothin, Kongsak Sitboonmee, Saenchai Sor Kingstar, and many others. He has a professional fight record of 67 wins and 20 losses.

The Thai media voted him as Fighter of the Year. He is widely regarded as one of the most exciting fighters of his era.

Valdir Rodrigues is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a Mundials World Championship Bronze Medalist with over 20 years of experience. He is also a Brazil Nationals Champion, a Pan American Champion, and a South American Champion. Valdir’s favorite position is the half guard.

Valdir holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Erivaldo Junior from Liga Jiu-Jitsu.

Drian Francisco is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a WBA Boxing World Champion, WBO Asia Pacific Champion, WBA International Champion, IBF Pan Pacific Champion, and more. Known for his powerful punches and aggressive style, he is an exciting knockout artist. He has fought boxing legends such as Guillermo Rigondeaux and Roberto Vasquez, amongst others, and has trained alongside fellow World Champions Manny Pacquiao and Jerwin Ancajas.

Even though Drian is an orthodox boxer, his strong hand is his left, making his jab, left hook, and left uppercut his favorite punches.

Fabio Da Mata is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a Mundials World Championship Bronze Medalist with 20 years of experience. He is also a 2x Brazil Nationals Champion and a 3x Sao Paulo State Champion. Fabio’s favorite position is the half guard and his favorite technique is the arm triangle.

Rungnarai Kiatmookao is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a Lumpinee Muay Thai World Champion, Rajadamnern Muay Thai World Champion, Thailand National Muay Thai Champion, and more. Known for his explosive, technical style, he has fought some of the greatest Muay Thai legends, such as Sarawut Sor Jor Wichit Padriew, Tanadet Tor Pran49, and Palangpol Petchyindee Academy, among others. His favorite technique is his right roundhouse kick and right knee. Fighting since the age of 7, he has over 500 professional Muay Thai fights.

Chaowalit Jocky Gym is an Instructor for Muay Thai and Boxing at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a 3 time Muay Thai World Champion. He is a Rajdamnern Stadium World Champion, Thailand National Champion, and WMC World Champion. He is an elite professional fighter with a fight record of 172-34. With over 21 years of professional fighting experience at Rajdamnern Stadium, Lumpinee Stadium and other stadiums around the world, his style is a ferocious blend of beautiful kicks and elbows. His favorite techniques are the cartwheel kick, the high roundhouse kick, and the flying push kick.

Chaowalit is a certified Muay Thai instructor from the famous Jocky Gym in Thailand.

Aikpracha Meenayothin is an Instructor for Muay Thai and Boxing at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a Lumpinee Muay Thai World Champion, WMC Muay Thai World Champion, S-1 Muay Thai Champion, and more. Known for his aggressive and powerful style, he has fought some of the greatest Muay Thai and kickboxing legends such as Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong, Superbon Banchamek, Fabio Pinca, and Youssef Boughanem, among others. His favorite techniques are his jumping roundhouse kick and right elbow.

Rodrigo Marello is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Pan American Champion, and South American Champion with over 10 years of BJJ experience. Rodrigo’s favorite position is the closed guard, and his favorite submission is the straight foot lock.

Rodrigo holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His mother, who was his first instructor, also holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Tobbie Lee is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. She is a 4x IBJJF Competition Champion, which includes the Pan Pacific Jiu-Jitsu Championship in 2016 and 2017, Masters World in 2018 and Masters International Asia Championship in 2019. Tobbie has over 15 years of competitive experience, and favors using the X-guard and Deep Half Guard which she uses often to dominate opponents.

Muhammad Ali is an Assistant Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He started his martial arts journey with Silat, and was crowned the National Silat Champion in Singapore in 2012 and 2013. He then moved to Muay Thai and has accumulated over a decade of experience, both as a practitioner and a coach. In the ring, he favors the Muay Femur technical style that relies on high fight IQ, counters and teeps. Muhammad Ali enjoys passing on his Muay Thai knowledge to his students.

Jason Thomas Pillai is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. Jason specializes in strength and metabolic conditioning for martial arts. He graduated from PSB Academy with a diploma in Sports and Exercise coaching, and has a keen interest in mobility work and functional strength. He is also a Progressive Calisthenics Certified Instructor.

Jason is extremely passionate about martial arts and fitness. As someone who has conquered illness with these, he knows the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle firsthand.

As an instructor at Evolve MMA, Jason wants his students to gain functional strength and in turn, have that translate to their everyday lives. He believes that everyone should be strong enough to be in control of his/her own body. He hopes to help his students achieve their personal fitness goals and enjoy themselves along the way.

Terence is an Assistant Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. Terence started as an Evolve MMA student in 2009 and was part of the pioneer recruits for the Evolve MMA Muay Thai Competition Team. Terence has 17 years of Muay Thai experience as a practitioner and 5 years as a coach. Terence favors knee strikes in competitions and enjoys passing on his Muay Thai knowledge to his students.
