If used properly, boxing can be one of the most effective hand-to-hand, self-defense systems. It is the art of hitting without getting hit.

The Evolve Boxing Program is headed by WBA Boxing World Champion, Yodsanan 3K Battery Sor Nanthachai Sityodtong. With a 58-3-1 record with 47 KOs, he is one of Thailand's most famous boxers in history.
