Application for Corporate Development Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Track KPIs that target key revenue levers of EVOLVE’s core business and content performance across all of EVOLVE’s social media channels – Facebook, IG, TikTok, Youtube – at post and channel levels
  • Drive the formulation and execution of strategy roadmaps of EVOLVE’s growth business verticals (paid streaming VoD and e-commerce platforms)
  • Provide an analytical lens to support digital marketing efforts with the end objective of improving metrics and marketing ROI
  • Conduct periodic deep dives through qualitative research and analysis of channel and content performance
  • Analyze ROI of paid campaigns and identify levers to reduce cost per lead
  • Create and manage reports/dashboards for the purposes of regular performance tracking
  • Interface with key strategic partners to grow EVOLVE’s brand equity
  • Support investor relations activities on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering or Data Analytics 
  • 2 – 6 years experience in a relevant field such as Strategy & Ops, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or FP&A
  • Skilled in financial modeling and strong familiarity with excel/google sheets; knowledge of python is a strong plus 
  • Experience in creating dashboards to automate periodic performance tracking
  • Skilled in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to tailor communication approaches to different audiences and explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and make things happen
  • Passionate about sports, specifically mixed martial arts, is a strong bonus
