1. The promoter is EVOLVE Mixed Martial Arts (“EVOLVE”) whose registered office is at 26 China Street #01-01 Far East Square.

2. The contest is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years or over except employees of EVOLVE and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the contest.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.

4. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Closing date for entry will be 28 February 2022. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. EVOLVE reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by EVOLVE.

8. EVOLVE is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.

8. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by EVOLVE.

10. The winners will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, EVOLVE reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. EVOLVE will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected.

12. EVOLVE’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Singapore law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to EVOLVE and not to any other party. 18. EVOLVE‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the contest will be entered into.

20. EVOLVE shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Any such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

21. EVOLVE also reserves the right to cancel the contest if any circumstances outside of its control arise.
