Mauricio “Carica” Von Held is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. He is a Curitiba Open Champion and Black Belt Challenges Champion with over 25 years of experience. He is a butterfly guard specialist and his favorite submission is the rear naked choke. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professor, he is a strict technician who emphasizes the minute details of techniques.
Mauricio holds a 3rd degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the legendary Elcio Figueiredo.
