Instead, devise creative ways to modify them, like reducing their range of motion, swapping kicks with gentle leg lifts, or finding something to hold on to for balance when executing techniques.
  • Listen To Your Body: You’re rehabbing an injury, not auditioning for the next John Wick movie, so listen to your body and pause what you’re doing if you feel pain while training.
